I had a luxurious stay for the family vacation and I'm glad I chose it. The hotel was located in a central area, right next to the railway station and the old cathedral. Most of the staff were responsive and competent.

the location is excellent. couldn't be closer to the mezquita if we'd tried, literally across the street from the entrance. the patios in the hotel / restaurant were peaceful too.
not really anything to complain about, though a window to outside would have been nice!

Very nice hotel. Adults and children had separate rooms, and children had real beds. Much larger accommodations than I expected. Ideal location across the street from the Mezquita. Food was good and staff was very accommodating.

Great value for money, updated room, and incredibly nice staff. There was a convenient space for baggage. The location is marvelous and stunning, right in the city center, making it easy to visit the cathedral and mosque nearby. Overall, the stay was absolutely wonderful.
